Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Showoff AI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Kunming Zhaizhen International Trading Co., Ltd.. Do not use the App if you do not agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Showoff AI is an AI-powered creative application for exploring photo and video effects, applying templates, and saving or sharing generated content. Available features depend on the version of the App you use.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain App features may require a subscription or the purchase of in-app credits. Charges, prices, renewal periods, and benefits are shown in the app and by the purchase platform before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the deadline shown by your purchase platform before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the account settings of your purchase platform. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or permitted under the purchase platform’s refund policy.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content depicting minors in sexual or harmful contexts
• Create or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, illegal, or otherwise harmful
• Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or use unauthorized automated access to the App
• Violate applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Intellectual Property and Content

Your content. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use that content solely to operate and improve the App.

Generated content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted content and intended uses. Commercial-use rights may depend on your subscription and applicable law.

Our content. App designs, presets, branding, and technology are the property of Kunming Zhaizhen International Trading Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that AI-assisted results will meet a particular expectation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kunming Zhaizhen International Trading Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
